Check out beautiful Betsy. Betsy was abandoned on the street, left to fend for herself. She was neglected, her fur was completely matted and she was very hungry. Thankfully she was rescued and has since found an amazing home here in Luxembourg. Love has worked wonders for her body and soul. Hooray for Betsy and a big THANK YOU to her wonderful family for giving her the loving life she deserves.
