Theo was found on the streets of Luxembourg suffering from cerebellar hypoplasia, a life-long neurological disorder that affects balance and coordination. He is a special cat and we knew he needed a special family. Theo absolutely hit the jackpot when he was adopted by the amazing Ackermann family.
