Amazing news to report – Panda has a home! This little cutie came to Luxembourg in hopes of a better life. We found him an amazing foster home where he could get the care he needed until we could find him a forever home. As it turns out, Panda was home all along! Panda turned from foster dog to forever dog and we are thrilled! GIVE US A VOICE would like to give a big THANK YOU to the wonderful Weyer-Fischer family, including Bubbles, for welcoming Panda into their home. We know Panda is living the dream and can look forward to a lifetime filled with love. Hooray for Panda!
