Wonderful news: Gaia is adopted! We first saw Gaia hiding under cars in a junkyard. She was so terrified of people, no doubt already having many bad experiences in her young life. We knew it was only a matter of time before she was hit by a car or caught and taken to a kill shelter so we decided to take action! We managed to catch her and brought her to a wonderful Romanian association who took care of her until she was able to travel to Luxembourg. Poor scared Gaia was skinny, full of fleas and had a wound that needed surgery on her stomach – all fixable, but now she needed a family. Gaia managed to hit the jackpot when she was eventually adopted by the wonderful Bertacco family. GIVE US A VOICE would like to give a big THANK YOU to this lovely family for deciding to adopt and not shop. We know Gaia is loving having a family and a safe place to call home. This is what it is all about – our hearts are happy!
