Great news: Chili is adopted! Chili was found abandoned as a tiny puppy on the streets or Romania before being brought to a shelter. It was there she waited and waited for a second chance at happiness. After a year and a half, Chili finally got her chance when she was adopted by the wonderful Koullen family.
