Remember Charly, the poor dog who was kept in a horrible condition and suffered extreme abuse and neglect? Well, it has been over a year since he was rescued and he found a wonderful and  loving family to care for him forever. We are so happy that Charly got this second chance at life and so is he! Hooray for Charly!
