Have we got a story for you! Bence was found running around on the streets of Hungary. Like all dogs on the street, he had to find food & water, dodge cars, people and take care of a variety of other dangerous obstacles. What made Bence’s survival on the street so miraculous is that he is completely blind! He had a doggy friend that he ran around with and eventually they were caught and taken to a shelter together. The other dog got adopted rather quickly but not Bence. He waited and waited and waited some more. Years passed as Bence was constantly passed over because he was blind.  And then one day, Bence’s whole world changed. He caught the eye and the heart of Mme. Anna Pissard who decided to give him a second chance. So after years of living in a shelter, Bence finally got a forever home. We would like to give a big HUGE THANK YOU to Mme. Pissard for giving this special needs boy a wonderful new life. We know Bence is going on lots of new adventures – including vacations to the south of France – and is part of a very loving home. Bence is definitely one of the lucky ones and we could not be more thrilled that he finally got his “happily ever after”!
