Great news to report: Billy is adopted! Billy came from an abusive home where he was severely neglected. His skin was so badly infected with fleas that he lost much of his hair and he was starved so badly that his ribs were showing. Thankfully he was removed from that horrible situation and is now in a forever home. GIVE US A VOICE would like to give a big THANK YOU to the amazing Bourscheid-Glodt family for giving this sweet senior dog a second chance at life.
