APPEL VIBRANT Ã TOU(TE)S LES AMI(E)S D’ANIMAUX
Le soi-disant artiste conceptuel Wim DELVOYE expose actuellement au MUDAM.
Au focus de son exposition sont des porcs empaillés qui ont été, de leur vivant, tatoués sous anesthésie par Monsieur Delvoye aux fins d’être exposés après leur mort naturelle.
Chacun qui s’est fait tatouer est fort conscient de la douleur intense ressentie après l’action de tatouage. La même douleur est ressentie par les pauvres porcs, avec la seule différence que, contrairement à l’homme, l’animal n’a pas donné son consentement à cette procédure plus que superfétatoire et indigne !
Les responsables de GIVE US A VOICE sont scandalisés que MUDAM organise une exposition de ce genre, où des animaux sont maltraités au nom de l’art !
Toutes ces raisons nous amènent à lancer un vibrant appel à tou(te)s les ami(e)s des animaux de boycotter cette exposition indigne ! Nos voisins allemands ont déjà défendu ce genre de pratique !

CALL TO ANIMALS FRIENDS
The so-called conceptual artist, Wim DELVOYE, is currently exhibiting at MUDAM.
At the focus of his exhibition are stuffed pigs which were, during their lifetime, tattooed under anesthesia by Delvoye for the purpose of being exhibited after their death.
Anyone who has been tattooed is very conscious of the intense pain felt after the tattoo action. The same pain is felt by the poor pigs, with the only difference that, unlike man, the animal has not given his consent to this procedure.
GIVE US A VOICE is shocked that MUDAM is organizing an exhibition of this kind, where animals are mistreated in the name of art!
We urge all of our animal friends to boycott this unworthy exhibition! Our German neighbors have already prohibited this barbaric practice.
